All materials created by Sunshine & Sage Solutions, including but not limited to service documents, content, graphics, and marketing strategies, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for the purposes specified in our agreement. The client warrants that any content provided to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes business strategies, customer data, financial plans, and other proprietary information not publicly known.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sunshine & Sage Solutions will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
